Requirements
- Experience supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Experience supporting the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience supporting Microsoft Purview, specifically DLP and sensitivity labels.
- Experience supporting Entra and Active Directory.
- Proficiency with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, particularly with Excel.
- Good oral and written communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger group.
- Ability to quickly acquire new technical skills and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Experience with JIRA application is a plus.
- Experience with GCC High environments is a plus.
- Experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Administer and engineer M365 platform services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Manage and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and sensitivity labels via Microsoft Purview.
- Handle user tickets and technical incidents as they arise.
- Design and develop new solutions for M365 applications to meet emerging business use cases.
- Prioritize deliverables and coordinate effectively with stakeholders for task and schedule planning.
- Streamline deployment workflows and optimize efficiency using DevOps delivery pipeline tools.
- Collaborate with security, identity, and engineering teams on cross-disciplinary initiatives.
