Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in backend engineering with NodeJS.
- Deep knowledge of React and NodeJS.
- Strong foundation in programming fundamentals.
- Extensive experience with modern JavaScript and full-stack tooling.
- Substantial experience with Git in a team environment.
- Experience writing testable code and unit tests.
- Experience with A/B experiments and a data-driven approach to product development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-growing startup in the on-demand services space is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain features for domain applications.
- Provide technical leadership and manage dependencies across multiple squads.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality.
- Mentor junior developers and support team members with technical blockers.
- Participate in architecture, design discussions, and technical roadmap creation.
- Perform feasibility studies to validate capability and functionality.
- Draft and submit intellectual property.
- Conduct technical interviews to support team growth.
