Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
- 3+ years of related business experience, preferably in client services, reporting, or business analysis.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization (Excel, Cognos).
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Word for presentation and proposal/RFP preparation.
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into meaningful conclusions.
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Power BI proficiency (plus).
- Cartus ATLAS experience (strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of Cartus Intercultural & Language Solutions (strongly preferred).
- Experience working on a global team with cultural diversity and multiple time zones (plus).
- International living experience and/or second language capability (plus).
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and collaboration platforms like Monday.com or Miro (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze data for internal and external dashboards, client reviews, and internal metrics.
- Draft presentations including dashboards, status reports, trend analysis, and account reviews.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses, synthesizing large data volumes into actionable conclusions.
- Support growth initiatives by maintaining a library of service results, statistics, and testimonials.
- Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to maintain proposal templates, RFP responses, and core marketing collateral.
- Assist in planning and meeting management, including agenda setting, note-taking, and tracking action items.
- Support resolution of client billing issues, including adjustments, voids, and write-offs.
- Monitor and report on contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal control data integrity.
