Responsibilities
- Ensure private customers quickly and easily receive a replacement vehicle in case of breakdowns and accidents.
- Process orders promptly and in a customer-oriented manner by working closely with insurance and roadside assistance companies.
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via email and phone.
- Create orders and reserve the requested vehicles accurately and efficiently.
- Act as the key point of contact for customers during stressful situations, delivering calm and effective solutions.
- Contribute to a collaborative, international remote team.
