Requirements

- Proven experience with inventory management workflows.
- Demonstrated track record in an admin or executive assistant role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to double-check own work.
- Comfort working independently with large, fast-moving SKU catalogs.
- Clear, professional written and spoken English.
- Interest or background in cycling, running, triathlon, or sporting goods is a plus.
- Nice to have: Light social media support or posting experience.
Responsibilities
- Upload inventory to Shopify with accurate product names, photos, UPC/SKU, and pricing.
- Conduct routine inventory spot-checks to maintain accurate on-hand counts.
- Process purchase orders ensuring exact matches for color, size, and specification variants.
- Reconcile incoming shipments against purchase orders and vendor invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding order status and outstanding invoices.
- Provide general administrative support including email management and scheduling.
