Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a high-growth or tech environment.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional designation (e.g., CPA) is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to client Program Managers, creating scalable reporting processes and developing continuous forecasting.
- Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Prepare and refine financial presentations for leadership and board-level reporting.
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance insights.
- Assist with month-end close tasks including accruals and journal entries.
