Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Client Success, or Strategic Program Management within IT or professional services.
- Experience working across multiple business functions such as Delivery, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience with client health practices like NPS, CSAT, or structured sentiment analysis.
- Hands-on experience with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate diverse operational data into a unified view.
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous business problems into actionable initiatives.
- Strong risk identification and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive initiatives without formal authority.
- Practical experience using AI tools or automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Higher education degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluent / Advanced proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Business Unit performance management framework.
- Investigate business trends and metrics to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Own client success and health frameworks, including measuring sentiment via NPS and direct stakeholder interviews.
- Triangulate client feedback with operational, delivery, and financial data.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from ambiguity to measurable closure.
- Maintain operational governance for financial, hiring, and people operations.
- Identify material business risks and operational roadblocks for early resolution.
