Requirements
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce as an end user on the CRM/Sales side (not admin, not case/support management).
- Strong English reading comprehension and written communication.
- Demonstrated independent judgment to evaluate information accuracy.
- Comfort working with AI research tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- High attention to detail and consistency across repetitive research tasks.
- Reliable internet and own equipment.
- Prior experience in research, lead-gen, sales ops, or CRM data-hygiene (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate, property management, or B2B SaaS (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Run research on target contacts/accounts using provided AI tools (e.g., Claude).
- Critically review AI-generated output for accuracy, completeness, and plausibility.
- Identify when AI output is incomplete, inaccurate, or needs additional verification.
- Update and maintain clean, accurate contact/account records in Salesforce (CRM/Sales side).
- Apply understanding of business model and target profiles to judge contact/account relevance.
- Flag ambiguous or low-confidence findings to the enablement team.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and prospect data per NDA.
