Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful time shipping customer-facing product features.
- Extensive experience with TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in React and Next.js.
- Experience scaling with backend stacks including Node.js and MongoDB.
- Experience building onboarding, activation, or upgrade flows focused on user experience.
- Experience at a product-focused startup or scale-up shipping end-to-end with a small team.
- High degree of cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, drive, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the launch experience end-to-end, including product surfaces, flows, and communications that guide owners from sign-up to live status.
- Increase launches per specialist by building automation, internal tooling, and AI-assisted setup features.
- Grow self-serve ARR by developing upgrade flows and AI-powered product moments.
- Surface clear proof of value to users at every step of the product journey.
- Partner with AI Agents and App teams to integrate intelligence into the launch experience.
