Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or similar role in SaaS or complex enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core, and SQL / T-SQL.
- Solid understanding of database design, performance optimization, and query tuning.
- Experience delivering front-end functionality using HTML, JavaScript, and Razor.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps or equivalent cloud/CI/CD tools.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio and/or VS Code.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, and security.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or developing other engineers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and provide day-to-day technical direction to a team of software developers and engineers.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams across the U.S. and internationally to deliver high-quality platform features.
- Remain hands-on with coding, software design, and architecture across the .NET stack.
- Mentor and coach developers and senior engineers to strengthen their technical capabilities and career growth.
- Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Shape engineering processes, development standards, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in architectural discussions and long-term system design decisions.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and lead code reviews.
