Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in successful software development and consulting engagements.
- Proven experience leading high-stakes engagements from discovery to production.
- Proficiency in languages/frameworks such as Java, C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Go, Ruby, Scala, R, and SQL.
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered features (e.g., recommendation engines, NLP, computer vision).
- Familiarity with AI-assistive development tools for scaffolding, refactoring, and debugging.
- Ability to remedy architecture-level concerns like scalability, security, and reliability.
- Experience with Git, MacOS/Linux environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills with experience facilitating collaboration and managing stakeholder needs.
- Experience with formal feedback processes such as retrospectives.
Responsibilities
- Make immediate contributions to projects and rapidly build trust with clients.
- Lead architecture and software design discussions.
- Collaborate on systems involving the full ML lifecycle including ingestion, deployment, and monitoring.
- Manage high-level project roadmaps and team backlogs as a lead for large engagements.
- Maintain relationships with client technical leaders and provide status updates.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve project blockers.
- Mentor team members and lead internal or client-facing workshops.
