Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working on a Scrum/Agile team.
- 2+ years of experience in manual and automated testing for web-based applications.
- 1+ years working with automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Experience developing scripts for both UI and API testing.
- Experience with AI coding assistants and agentic workflows (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
- Experience working with an object-oriented programming language.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Working understanding of the test pyramid.
- Understanding of testing practices and when to apply them.
Responsibilities
- Embed quality into every phase of the software development life cycle by working with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and functional testing.
- Perform end-to-end, acceptance, and exploratory testing to identify critical bugs.
- Design, document, and execute detailed test cases and scenarios.
- Collaborate with developers to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve test failures.
- Advocate for quality by identifying areas for process improvement with the QA Lead.
- Analyze escaped defects to improve test case design and testing processes.
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout the development process.
