Requirements
- Residency within the Waxahachie Territory (Waxahachie, Midlothian, Red Oak, Ennis).
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience preferred.
- Professional background in business consulting, coaching, or M&A/exit strategy.
- Personal experience with a business exit or sale preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on phone ability.
- Proficiency in Zoom for conducting virtual meetings.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and Zoom.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, competitiveness, and self-drive.
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Network with referral partners and local business owners at events such as Chamber meetings, coffee chats, and lunches.
- Conduct 1:1 consulting sessions utilizing the proprietary VORTEx model.
- Engage with new leads and convert them into clients.
- Provide value-added resources to the online curriculum for client work.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to maintain consulting standards.
