Requirements
- Must live in the Rockwall, TX territory (Rockwall, Heath, Fate, McLendon-Chislom, Royse City).
- Preferred: Personal experience with a business exit or sale.
- Preferred: Previous experience with business consulting or coaching.
- Preferred: Previous experience with exit strategy or M&A.
- Preferred: 5+ years of senior leadership experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and Zoom for virtual presentations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on phone interaction.
- Proven experience or aptitude in a customer-facing role.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and competitive approach to business objectives.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Network with local referral partners and business owners through community events and meetings to drive business development.
- Engage with new leads and convert them into clients.
- Conduct 1:1 consulting sessions using the proprietary VORTEx system to advise on profit, efficiency, and value.
- Provide value-added resources to the company's online curriculum to support client work.
- Participate in ongoing training, certification, and continuing education programs.
