Requirements
- Proven proficiency in English.
- Qualification for at least one Writing Specialty (e.g., Creative, Technical, Game, etc.) with verifiable proof.
- 5+ years of professional experience in the chosen writing specialty.
- Ability to critique AI text for readability, flow, grammar, consistency, and style.
- Strong attention to detail with experience using reference materials and style guides.
- Superlative communication, interpersonal, analytical, and editorial skills.
- Adaptability and ability to work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in remote work tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
- Must have a Chromebook, Mac with MacOS 11.0+, or Windows 10+.
Responsibilities
- Use proprietary software to label, annotate, and refine AI-generated text for clarity, structure, engagement, and domain-specific accuracy.
- Utilize writing specialty areas of expertise to deliver high-quality curated data for improving AI writing outputs.
- Collaborate with engineers and specialists to develop tasks advancing AI writing proficiency.
- Improve annotation tools and workflows for efficiency.
- Pivot to secondary tasks in writing and non-writing areas as needed.
