Job Details

4+ years of professional experience designing production mobile and/or web products that have gone live.
Portfolio showcasing full case studies including problems, constraints, design decisions, and shipped results.
Proven client-facing experience leading calls with founders or product owners.
Expertise in Figma including components, variants, auto-layout, variables/tokens, and prototyping.
Strong systems thinking capabilities to design reusable patterns and handle edge cases.
In-depth knowledge of iOS, Android, and responsive web design patterns.
Proficiency with AI-augmented workflows using tools like Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, or Midjourney.
English language proficiency at C1 level or above for client coordination.
Availability for live client coordination through roughly 5 PM EST.
Demonstrated ownership habits including accurate estimation and proactive communication.
Experience in agency or consultancy environments preferred.

Own product UI/UX for client mobile and web apps from discovery through handoff across multiple engagements.
Run client-facing design reviews, workshops, and async critiques during US business hours.
Turn briefs into flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes.
Build and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency.
Partner with PMs and engineers to address scope, edge cases, accessibility, and platform conventions.
Produce clean, buildable Figma files with organized layers, variants, and auto-layout.
Use AI design and research tools to accelerate workflows while ensuring quality control.
Identify and communicate design risks related to project timelines or technical constraints.
