Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, business/financial analysis, or a comparable finance role.
- Understanding of retail and e-commerce economic models across DTC, marketplace, and wholesale.
- Solid accounting foundation with experience in GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and financial modeling proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred).
- Platform fluency in Shopify, Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central), and TikTok Shop.
- Experience with big-box retail accounts, vendor portals, and chargeback/deduction mechanics.
- Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for analysis, modeling, and data reconciliation.
- Strong written communication skills capable of translating data into executive-level narratives.
Responsibilities
- Support annual budget and rolling forecast development to drive decision-making.
- Manage channel-level P&L production to analyze profitability per channel.
- Perform variance analysis and maintain KPI dashboards for executive review.
- Manage 13-week rolling cash flow forecasting and working-capital analysis.
- Assist with monthly close, account reconciliations, and data integrity across systems.
- Analyze marketing spend and unit economics in partnership with the growth team.
- Build financial cases for international and retail expansion.
- Own retail/wholesale analytics, including sell-through, chargebacks, and account profitability.
