Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in a solutions architect, sales engineering, or field engineering role.
  • Deep technical knowledge of S3-compatible object storage, Kubernetes, and hybrid architectures.
  • Familiarity with GPU-accelerated infrastructure and data demands of AI training and inference.
  • Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks including FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP.
  • Understanding of DoW/IC deployment environments such as air-gapped or DDIL.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex architecture to stakeholders.
  • Experience working with channel partners and systems integrators.
  • Active security clearance strongly preferred; ability to obtain a clearance required.

Responsibilities

  • Architect AIStor deployments for federal customers, spanning on-prem, air-gapped, sovereign cloud, and tactical edge environments.
  • Serve as the technical authority on FIPS 140-3, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and Zero Trust alignment.
  • Lead PoVs, technical demonstrations, and reference architecture design for DoW, IC, and civilian agency opportunities.
  • Provide technical training and architecture guidance to federal reseller, systems integrator, and technology ecosystem partners.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for joint architecture work with ecosystem partners like NVIDIA and Databricks.
  • Guide customers and partners on deploying AIStor across Kubernetes distributions including OpenShift and Rancher.
  • Architect data infrastructure for AI training and large-scale data lake workloads.
  • Advise on architecture to maximize GPU utilization and reduce recompute overhead for inference at scale.
