Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS (ideally SMB).
- Proven track record leading complex, high-ambiguity product areas.
- AI fluency with experience deploying LLMs in production environments.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and AI interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interface between technical teams and executives.
- Advanced data analysis skills with experience pulling levers to hit aggressive targets.
- Experience with product discovery and qualitative customer research.
- Collaborative leadership style with experience leading by influence in a squad model.
- Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, or PLG preferred.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or RAG pipelines preferred.
- Background in growth-focused initiatives such as onboarding or monetization preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer retention by reducing friction and showing value through platform engagement.
- Deliver against key retention metrics including Net Revenue Retention, product engagement, and NPS.
- Embed AI thoughtfully into product experiences to improve workflows and results.
- Champion AI-assisted product development practices across research and prototyping.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and success teams to solve customer problems.
- Mentor PMs and cross-functional partners to elevate product thinking.
- Present data-driven strategies and roadmaps to executive leadership.
