Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of data products or platforms at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines, specifically incremental or streaming architectures.
  • Direct experience with entity resolution, record linkage, matching systems, and survivorship rules.
  • Demonstrated current use of AI to improve data systems and evidence of bringing LLMs into production.
  • Experience designing evaluations for model output, including golden sets, precision/recall, and human-in-the-loop routing.
  • Proficiency in reading pipelines, writing prompts, and running analysis in SQL or Python.
  • Proven ability to influence technical direction without formal authority by partnering closely with engineering and data science.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to drive results in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical depth and executive narratives.
  • Experience with contact, person, or identity data is preferred.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and DNC is preferred.
  • Experience with agent frameworks, eval harnesses, and frontier models like Claude is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own Person Data end to end by setting strategy, roadmap, and monthly priorities for contact accuracy, coverage, freshness, and compliance.
  • Build and run the AI evaluation engine, defining accuracy criteria, curating golden sets, and implementing LLM-as-judge gates.
  • Drive the pivot from deterministic rules to agent-based inference for person attributes.
  • Introduce models into the pipeline while balancing cost, latency, determinism, and auditability.
  • Manage entity resolution, including canonical identity, match confidence, and addressing false-merge risks.
  • Own the privacy roadmap for person data, including suppression, opt-out, and notification protocols.
  • Prototype adjudication agents, evals, and analysis by committing code to shared repositories.
  • Drive cross-functional execution by acting as a hub between engineering, data science, research, and legal teams.
