Requirements
- 6+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in-house, embedded, or RPO.
- Proven experience with senior or leadership-level searches.
- Demonstrable experience hiring for the US or UK market.
- Near-native spoken and written English proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, including delivering difficult feedback.
- Proven direct sourcing success with measurable response rates.
- Experience building and running structured candidate assessment processes.
- Demonstrated ability to iterate on recruitment strategies, job posts, and channels.
- Active, credible professional presence on LinkedIn.
- Comfortable operating as an independent contractor, including managing own tax and statutory obligations.
Responsibilities
- Own senior-level searches end-to-end, from intake with founders and department heads to candidate offer.
- Build proactive talent pipelines ahead of requisition openings.
- Engage senior candidates over long periods to maintain warm talent pools.
- Define and articulate the employer value proposition for specific candidate audiences.
- Advise hiring managers on market reality, compensation, and search timelines.
- Design and execute structured evaluations, including scorecards, interviews, and work samples.
- Conduct quality oversight on shortlists produced by the delivery team.
- Test and iterate on job posts and recruitment channels using A/B testing methods.
