Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and relevant experience.
- 3+ years of advanced health care data analytics & statistical modeling experience.
- 5+ years in employer benefits or healthcare analytics field.
- Expert level proficiency with SQL or similar relational databases.
- Ability to design, train, and deploy machine learning models and LLMs into production.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- High degree of personal accountability and trustworthiness.
- Advanced degree in healthcare, analytics, statistics, finance or related field preferred.
- Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python) is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Engage and partner with internal stakeholders and project managers to elicit and document functional and technical requirements.
- Utilize query development (SQL Server, Snowflake) to gather and prepare data.
- Perform data analysis and design reports, dashboards, and visualizations to enforce data quality rules.
- Conduct audits, validate data, and resolve discrepancies.
- Extract insights using statistical and analytical techniques.
- Establish KPIs to measure the completeness, validity, and timeliness of data.
- Fine-tune AI/ML/LLM models, build RAG systems, perform prompt engineering, and manage hallucinations.
- Perform unit testing and coordinate UAT to ensure quality data products.
- Partner with development operations to deploy data integrity solutions.
