Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in California.
- Board certification: NP certified by ANCC/AANP or PA certified by NCCPA.
- Current DEA license.
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English for medical contexts.
- Ability to work autonomously in a virtual setting.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple digital platforms for remote care.
- Experience in obesity medicine or lifestyle medicine is highly preferred.
- Prior experience with telemedicine and remote care models is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build patient relationships.
- Commitment to evidence-based medical practices.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality synchronous and asynchronous patient care via telehealth.
- Manage a dedicated concierge panel of 250 to 350 patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including dietitians, exercise specialists, and behavioral medicine experts.
- Implement evidence-based obesity and lifestyle medicine treatment strategies.
- Cultivate impactful, long-term relationships with patients to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Operate with clinical autonomy while supported by administrative staff.
