Requirements
- 5+ years of product management or founder experience building developer tools, agent products, or infrastructure for technical users.
- Zero-to-one track record of taking a product from prototype to paying users.
- Daily fluency with coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, or OpenCode.
- Strong technical judgment with the ability to read code, run CLIs, and reason about agent loops and tool calling.
- Strong product taste for developer tools with experience shipping products where interaction details matter.
- High agency and bias toward action with ability to work in small, fluid teams.
- Experience with model cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs.
- Ability to write clearly and iterate quickly on product feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own the agent platform roadmap end to end across Harness, Code, Eval, Intern, and Desktop.
- Define target user and competitive positioning to set the strategy for Ori.
- Manage the transition of new tools from waitlist to general availability.
- Develop model switching, provider fallbacks, and eval-driven model selection capabilities.
- Own the agent experience from install and authentication to CLI UX and app interfaces.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to turn user signal into product roadmaps and platform improvements.
