Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, targeting, campaign structures and optimization
- Experience working with Russian- and English-speaking audiences
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on campaign data
- High attention to detail
- Fluent Russian and good spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Meta advertising campaigns for Russian- and English-speaking audiences
- Set up targeting, audiences, placements, budgets, and campaign structures
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results
- Analyze which creatives and audiences perform best
- Provide recommendations for creative tests and campaign improvements
- Track relevant market and competitor advertising trends
