Requirements
- Professional experience building large-scale, high-concurrency backend software in Go (Golang).
- Hands-on experience with real-time communications platforms including FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SIPGo, Pion WebRTC, Asterisk, or RTPengine.
- Proven track record building event-driven architectures using NATS, JetStream, or Apache Kafka.
- Experience operating PostgreSQL and ClickHouse at scale.
- Strong understanding of SIP, WebRTC media streams, network packet flow, and telephony concepts.
- Demonstrated experience architecting systems composed of interdependent microservices.
- Experience building software requiring ultra-low latency.
- Ability to scale production infrastructure for rapid growth in events and concurrent traffic.
Responsibilities
- Architect, write, and maintain production-grade microservices in Go to power the next-generation SaaS platform.
- Design high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems to coordinate call routing, reporting, and data synchronization.
- Utilize event-streaming technologies like NATS, JetStream, and Kafka for reliable asynchronous event processing.
- Build and scale real-time voice and communication pipelines using FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SIPGo, Pion WebRTC, Asterisk, or RTPengine.
- Manage SIP traffic and media streaming with ultra-low latency constraints.
- Optimize large-scale database architectures using PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
- Deploy and support resilient software within large-scale cloud environments.
