Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on full-stack development expertise.
- Proven experience building and operating production-grade SaaS or web applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and experience with modern frontend frameworks.
- Solid experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, asynchronous processing, and queues.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and incident response.
- Strong understanding of secure multi-tenant SaaS architecture, RBAC, and tenant isolation.
- Production experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or equivalent LLM platforms.
- Proven experience integrating third-party marketing or business platform APIs.
- Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end technical ownership of the production SaaS platform, including codebase, infrastructure, integrations, and operational systems.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack web applications and backend services.
- Maintain secure multi-tenant SaaS architecture, including authentication, authorization, and RBAC.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, OAuth 2.0 integrations, webhooks, and idempotent workflows.
- Integrate and operate LLM and generative-AI systems for recommendations, content generation, and sentiment analysis.
- Manage SaaS subscription and billing workflows, including recurring plans and payment webhooks.
- Implement GA4, Google Tag Manager, product analytics, and conversion tracking to measure funnel performance.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, database migrations, deployment, and production incident response.
