Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience
- 3 or more years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Demonstrated experience of 3+ full end-to-end Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations
- Proficiency with JSON and XML
- Experience with data modeling
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP, and CJA
- Strong understanding of digital marketing execution, audience segmentation, and campaign analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Agency experience with client-facing role and agile project management methodologies
- Adobe Journey Optimizer certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary platform expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer, advising on architecture, governance, and best practices
- Lead discovery efforts to gather business needs and solution requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for configuration, schemas, and integrations
- Partner with AEP/CDP Architects and Engineers to plan data ingestion and pipelines
- Manage user roles, platform configuration, and campaign development across channels
- Oversee system health, testing, and deployment of platform work
- Create and present architecture and technical specifications documents
