Requirements
- Proven experience designing and supporting large, complex applications and ecosystems using AWS.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD preferred).
- Professional experience with Generative AI and/or Machine Learning.
- Ability to define scalable and secure architectures, document technical decisions, and meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills to analyze complex challenges and discuss architectural approaches.
- Ability to guide and develop teams, share knowledge, and provide mentorship.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and non-linear working environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions using AWS and modern engineering practices.
- Lead the design, development, monitoring, and delivery of Generative AI and Machine Learning use cases.
- Define relevant business metrics to help teams measure impact and address real business needs.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Squad Leaders to balance business priorities with technical constraints, security, and scalability.
- Participate in the design and defense of technical solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Translate solution designs into clear architectural diagrams for engineering teams and maintain records of architectural decisions.
- Ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are met throughout the design lifecycle.
- Lead, mentor, and train team members through knowledge sharing and constructive feedback.
