Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, operational readiness, compliance testing, internal audit, or risk operations.
- Experience within fintech, digital brokerage, or financial institutions.
- Deep familiarity with IDV, CIP, and Sanctions screening workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of regulated KYC, AML, and EDD frameworks.
- Practical experience using QA scoring tools and screening vendor platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to design, document, and operationalize new procedures or quality frameworks.
- Proven capability to conduct root-cause error analysis and evaluate SLA performance data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to author high-quality technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily audit sampling across IDV, Sanctions, and CIP cases and report on SLA attainment and performance metrics.
- Establish operational readiness infrastructure, QA scoring models, and protocols for scaling KYC and EDD regulated pathways.
- Act as the primary operational liaison to the Compliance team to ensure workflows align with legal and regulatory mandates.
- Author and maintain SOPs, job aids, and training modules for operational staff.
- Analyze screening match rates and false-positive frequencies to recommend logic refinements for automated tools.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for vendor tool enhancements and policy changes.
- Perform error analysis and lead monthly calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring quality.
