Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience operating at Staff-level scope or leading complex multi-team initiatives.
- Strong full-stack engineering experience building production web applications.
- Depth in modern frontend frameworks, backend APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading technically complex projects from design to production.
- Experience with conversion-critical workflows like onboarding, registration, or payments.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and align with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted software development tools such as Claude Code.
- Strong communication skills for articulating technical tradeoffs.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical initiatives across multiple product areas.
- Write hands-on code while providing strong technical direction.
- Improve team foundations and development practices using modern AI-enabled workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Analytics teams.
- Own the end-to-end patient onboarding journey from interaction to care registration.
- Communicate technical tradeoffs and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
