Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to international travelers regarding flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary management.
- Resolve complex travel-related inquiries with precision, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
- Liaise between travel partners and end-users to ensure all travel arrangements meet industry standards.
- Assist with ticket reissuances, cancellations, and re-routing in a fast-paced travel environment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our specialized travel industry software.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering premium service that upholds our clients' reputations.
- Participate in team briefings to stay updated on travel regulations and service policies.
