Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of anti-corruption compliance experience with a Master’s degree.
- OR minimum 5 years of anti-corruption compliance experience with a J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience in transaction monitoring and distributor due diligence.
- Strong understanding of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and UK Bribery Act.
- Experience developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare compliance experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
- Knowledge of Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, OIG guidance, and AdvaMed standards.
- Experience evaluating and auditing healthcare compliance matters.
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification (preferred).
- Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills with ability to advise senior management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement elements of healthcare and medical device compliance programs.
- Draft and maintain compliance policies across healthcare, anti-corruption, antitrust, and anti-money laundering areas.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop action plans to mitigate potential risks.
- Manage employee training covering healthcare regulations, anti-kickback requirements, False Claims Act, and HIPAA.
- Perform transaction monitoring reviews and oversee third-party intermediary and distributor due diligence.
- Conduct annual self-audits and support compliance investigations.
- Support transparency data collection and reporting, including Physician Payments Sunshine Act requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal, IT, HR, and Finance to route compliance matters through appropriate channels.
- Prepare management reports on incidents, investigations, and emerging risks.
- Conduct pre-acquisition due diligence for healthcare businesses.
