Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Workforce Development, Organizational Change, Communications, Business, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant experience supporting workforce enablement, employee adoption, change management, communications, learning, training coordination, business operations, or technology enablement.
  • Demonstrated experience creating employee-facing enablement materials such as job aids, guides, FAQs, learning resources, and knowledge articles.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content-simplification skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests, deadlines, stakeholders, and trackers simultaneously.
  • Ability to review engagement or platform metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment when working with confidential, sensitive, or time-sensitive information.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop practical workforce enablement resources, including job aids, quick-reference guides, FAQs, learning pathways, knowledge articles, process documentation, readiness materials, and adoption resources.
  • Translate technical, operational, and change-related information into clear, employee-friendly content.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, project teams, Change Management, Internal Communications, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate information.
  • Support workforce readiness and adoption activities related to technology, workflow, process, platform, and operating model changes.
  • Publish and maintain enablement content across channels including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and email.
  • Coordinate learning activities, including training logistics, communications, enrollment tracking, and session support.
  • Maintain templates, trackers, and version-control processes for enablement resources.
  • Track enablement indicators such as participation, completion rates, learner feedback, and platform engagement data.
