Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on professional experience using Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Professional proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to follow established processes, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Genuine interest in ERP operations and financial systems administration.
- Availability to align with Pacific Daylight Time business hours during training periods.
- Experience with ADP-to-ERP integrations, payroll data validation, or ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Background in engineering, infrastructure, or architecture/engineering consulting is beneficial.
- Familiarity with project-based billing, WBS structures, and labor codes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for Deltek Vantagepoint users, triaging and resolving inquiries.
- Maintain system configurations including labor codes, organizational structures, and access settings.
- Validate data import files and perform weekly ADP-to-Deltek timesheet and payroll validation.
- Extract data to produce recurring and ad hoc reports for Finance, HR, and Operations.
- Support system integrations by executing imports, validating results, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop and maintain the Deltek Operations Knowledge Base with standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Coordinate end-user training and assist with system-change communications.
