Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI, with a focus on natural language.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering and systems design.
- Proven experience building and deploying ML-driven B2B, multi-tenant applications at scale.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and multimodal models.
- Experience with real-time audio technologies like ASR, transcription, and speech synthesis.
- Experience building on public cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Understanding of distributed systems and service design.
- Experience working with PHI/HIPAA and PII sensitive data.
- Proficiency with container orchestration, preferably Kubernetes or GKE.
- Familiarity with ML tooling: Jupyter, Dagster, MLFlow, KubeFlow, DVC, Triton Server.
- Bachelor's or advanced technical degree in Computer Science, ML, Engineering, or Data Science.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning infrastructure, tooling, models, and platforms.
- Build internal products to help engineering teams incorporate Generative AI into customer-facing features.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to advise on data lifecycles, experimentation, and technical tradeoffs.
- Build scalable, resilient services supporting data integration, event processing, and distributed workloads.
- Develop and deploy ML models and pipelines using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Build and operate low-latency natural language and real-time audio systems at scale.
- Develop and maintain reliable libraries, SDKs, and APIs for internal engineering teams.
- Coach and mentor engineers while promoting engineering best practices.
