Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, Mobility Engineering, or a related enterprise infrastructure discipline.
- Proven experience supporting or leading large-scale MDM/UEM migrations, ideally involving Ivanti EPMM/MobileIron and Microsoft Intune.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune for iOS/iPadOS covering enrollment, compliance, policies, and remediation.
- Demonstrated experience developing automation using Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, JSON, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong knowledge of Apple enterprise management, including Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment.
- Experience with Conditional Access, certificate-based authentication, PKI, Git or Azure DevOps, and enterprise endpoint security.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation abilities for managing complex endpoint environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally with security, identity, networking, application, and infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise iOS and iPadOS migrations from Ivanti EPMM/MobileIron to Microsoft Intune, covering policies, compliance controls, applications, and device lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and maintain endpoint automation using Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and Azure automation capabilities.
- Engineer and support Microsoft Intune mobile management including enrollment, compliance, configuration, and application deployment.
- Manage Apple enterprise integrations including Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and supervised devices.
- Provide advanced engineering and Level 3 support for mobile endpoint platforms to ensure security and performance.
- Collaborate with Security, Identity, Network, and Application teams to implement secure endpoint solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks for consistent platform management and operational procedures.
