Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise software development, software architecture, or cloud-native platforms.
- Advanced proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Python, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Docker, Linux, and serverless architectures.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management including Okta, Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and Zero Trust.
- Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, AI agents, prompt engineering, and specification-driven development.
- Experience using tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in engineering workflows.
- Strong architectural understanding of distributed systems and modern application development.
- Excellent technical leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with data engineering, SQL, data modeling, and AI/ML practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and guide scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise architectures and modernization strategies.
- Lead software architecture practices and establish engineering standards.
- Architect enterprise platforms using AWS and Kubernetes for improved scalability and security.
- Drive enterprise adoption of Generative AI and AI-assisted software engineering practices.
- Develop enterprise data integration and analytics solutions using Databricks and APIs.
- Design secure identity and access management solutions using Zero Trust, OAuth2, and OIDC.
- Mentor software engineers and provide technical leadership across engineering teams.
