Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience building and shipping production-grade platforms and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of AI and agentic system lifecycle from prototype to production.
- Proficiency across multiple paradigms and stacks including Java, C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Go, Ruby, Scala, R, and SQL.
- Experience with AI/ML integrations such as NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and RAG pipelines.
- Expertise in architecture-level problem solving: scalability, security, reliability, and observability.
- Demonstrated ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in platform engineering, internal developer platforms, and infrastructure.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, and MLOps practices.
- Strong background in consulting, mentorship, and team-level knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly build trust with clients and demonstrate technical expertise.
- Drive platform engineering and strategy work across diverse platform types.
- Advise clients on architecture, scalability, and platform evolution.
- Collaborate on full ML lifecycle systems from data ingestion to deployment.
- Design and manage high-level technical roadmaps for large engagements.
- Coach client engineering teams and transfer technical knowledge.
- Influence CTOs and executive stakeholders on technical decisions.
- Facilitate retrospectives, strategy sessions, and technical deep-dives.
