Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, customer success, strategic alliances, partnerships, or sales.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing strong relationships with external clients, strategic partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex commercial initiatives, negotiations, and deal execution, including collaboration with Legal on agreements.
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand products, technologies, market dynamics, and partner needs.
- Experience using Salesforce and CRM platforms, along with Google Workspace and data or analytics tools such as Tableau.
- Familiarity with Jira or Asana is a plus.
- Self-sufficient, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through execution.
- Fast learner with strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-visibility environment.
- Genuine interest in healthcare, digital health, advanced primary care, and the challenges involved in transforming the healthcare industry.
- Experience working with healthcare point solutions is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with strategic and ecosystem partners, serving as a trusted point of contact and advocate for shared objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, finance, legal, and other internal teams to identify and execute joint revenue opportunities and maximize partner-driven growth.
- Lead the development and execution of joint go-to-market initiatives, client launches, partnership programs, and issue-resolution efforts.
- Establish and monitor partnership objectives, financial targets, milestones, and performance indicators to ensure relationships deliver measurable business value.
- Develop executive-level relationships with external partners and engage internal stakeholders as needed to support strategic initiatives and resolve complex issues.
- Organize partnership events and initiatives designed to strengthen market presence, improve client and member engagement, and increase partnership stickiness.
- Monitor partner health and performance, using data and business insights to identify opportunities, address challenges, and continuously improve partnership strategies.
- Lead or contribute to high-visibility strategic projects that support business growth and the continued development of an integrated healthcare ecosystem.
