Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including direct responsibility for SIEM products.
- Proven experience leading product innovation, feature ideation, development, and launch.
- Demonstrated success developing long-term product vision and strategy.
- Experience designing products leveraging AI tools and technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile tools.
- Experience working with cloud-based products, specifically AWS.
- Ability to create clear epics, user stories, and requirements for engineering.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building products for SMB customers (advantageous).
- Experience with SOAR products (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and business value for the SIEM platform in partnership with leadership.
- Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to inform roadmap and pricing decisions.
- Develop detailed business requirements, epics, user stories, and specifications for engineering and design teams.
- Collaborate across departments to execute product launches and drive go-to-market strategy.
- Gather direct customer feedback to validate product concepts, prototypes, and user experiences.
- Monitor key product metrics such as conversion, churn, and monthly recurring revenue.
- Translate complex technical concepts between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
