Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in web marketing, product design, UX design, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Marketing UX initiatives from strategy through implementation and measuring their impact on customers and business outcomes.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating systems-level UX work, web design across B2B and B2C contexts, and measurable business impact.
  • Deep experience working within component-based CMS and design-system environments.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, research methodologies, prototyping, and interaction design.
  • Proficiency with Figma and/or comparable design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimize funnels.
  • Proven ability to validate design decisions through research, testing, and performance analysis.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset to identify patterns and establish scalable foundations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX strategy and design-system vision across marketing websites, including landing pages, microsites, merchandising experiences, and editorial content.
  • Evolve reusable component libraries, guidelines, and design standards that create cohesive experiences across marketing web surfaces.
  • Create scalable, self-service web patterns in Figma that align with CMS capabilities and reduce unnecessary engineering dependency.
  • Partner with CMS developers and engineering teams to design and launch custom components and reusable patterns for evolving marketing needs.
  • Design responsive, growth-oriented experiences for B2B and B2C audiences while balancing user needs, conversion goals, and business performance.
  • Analyze quantitative performance data alongside qualitative research to identify friction, validate design decisions, and improve customer outcomes.
