12+ years of experience in product management.
8+ years of people management experience, including leading teams of 20+.
3+ years of experience managing or leading design and research teams.
Proven track record of high-performing teams, product market success, and business results.
Experience leading consumer products from zero to one and through growth stages.
Strong operating range with ability to shift between strategic and tactical execution.
Experience leading remote teams across multiple disciplines preferred.
Experience in travel, fintech, or adtech & earnings sectors preferred.
Experience leading UXR and research teams directly preferred.
Strong preference for candidates with B2C, membership management, and Series C+ scale experience.
Mastery of Reforge principles is a plus.

Grow and lead the Product & Design department including product management, design, and user research.
Mentor and uplevel product teammates to foster an innovative, high-performing team.
Collaborate with CEO and GMs to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product priorities.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and maintenance.
Analyze data to drive insights and execute on 10x impact opportunities.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.
