- Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns from launch to scale.
- Strong experimentation mindset and track record of identifying unconventional opportunities.
- Excellent analytical judgment with the ability to build conclusions from incomplete data.
- Deep understanding of growth marketing principles, channel economics, and customer acquisition.
- Technical aptitude with practical experience using AI tools, APIs, and automation technologies.
- Ability to think in systems and create repeatable processes.
- Highly resourceful and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, iterative environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day campaign management across paid social and search platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and creator partnerships.
- Design and execute experiments to identify new sources of profitable customer acquisition.
- Convert successful tests into repeatable growth channels.
- Expand the overall acquisition portfolio by exploring new platforms, formats, audiences, and distribution opportunities.
- Build brand visibility across digital surfaces where higher-education students research financing options.
- Analyze campaign and business performance to make data-driven decisions on scaling or pausing investments.
- Develop efficient growth processes and systems that reduce manual work.
- Leverage AI-powered tools, APIs, and automation to create new marketing capabilities and improve execution speed.
