Demonstrated expertise in managing complex partner networks.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with internal and external partners.
Proven data analytics skills with the ability to translate data into strategic action.
Experience mapping and innovating operational processes with a focus on automation.
Track record of executing high-impact, complex cross-functional projects.
Technology orientation with experience shaping platform capabilities and data integrations.
Executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team events.

Own end-to-end relationship management for dispatch and self-delivery service provider networks.
Drive growth-oriented performance through structured accountability frameworks and incentives.
Negotiate and secure financially attractive commercial agreements with regional and national delivery organizations.
Ensure data quality and uptime across delivery integrations to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and lead customer-facing delivery programs including Meal Program, Concierge, and Corporate Accounts.
Evaluate fulfillment data to generate actionable insights and monitoring frameworks for leadership teams.
Set the overall delivery strategy and identify industry trends to ensure reliable execution.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and Growth teams to build scalable solutions.
