Expertise in managing complex partner networks.

Experience mapping and innovating operational processes with a focus on automation and efficiency.
Track record of leveraging cross-functional stakeholders to manage complex projects.
Technology orientation with experience working alongside Product & Engineering teams.
Executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and events.

Manage the full partner lifecycle for dispatch and self-delivery service providers, from onboarding to sunset.
Drive growth through accountability frameworks and incentives to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Balance and diversify capacity against demand while securing financially attractive commercial agreements.
Ensure data quality and uptime across delivery integrations to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and lead premium delivery programs for high-touch and enterprise customers.
Translate fulfillment data into operational workflows and actionable insights for leadership.
Set the overall delivery strategy based on industry trends and company goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Growth teams.
