Requirements
- 3+ years building business automations and data solutions within a B2B environment.
- Strong Power BI experience including dashboards, data models, DAX, and production reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data transformation and automation.
- Proficiency with automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
- Practical experience leveraging AI platforms like GPT or Claude.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP.
- Strong understanding of APIs and modern SaaS ecosystems.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work during US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI-powered automations using GPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, and modern APIs.
- Build and maintain production Power BI dashboards for leadership decision-making.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines using Python, SQL, and DAX.
- Ensure data integrity and resolve inconsistencies across CRM, financial, and payroll systems.
- Document systems, workflows, and technical processes to ensure maintainability.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve operational pain points.
