Requirements
- 8+ years delivering CRM, sales automation, or enterprise business application solutions
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with strong Sales module depth
- Proven track record as a Senior Functional Consultant or Functional Lead on enterprise implementations
- Strong experience gathering data migration requirements and producing source-to-target mapping documentation
- Working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 integrations
- Experience with Azure DevOps or a comparable Agile delivery platform
- Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Consulting or systems-integrator background is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT stakeholders to document current-state processes and define future-state requirements
- Design and configure D365 Sales capabilities including leads, opportunities, pipeline, quotes/orders, pricing, and Copilot features
- Lead business-facing migration workshops, define source-to-target mappings, and manage data cleansing/reconciliation
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend configuration-first solutions within D365/Power Platform
- Define integration requirements between D365 Sales and external platforms like ERP, finance, and marketing systems
- Support functional, SIT, and UAT testing, training, adoption, and post-go-live hypercare
