Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
- Experience with Guidewire, specifically PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes.
- Proven experience in requirement analysis and documentation.
- Proficiency in Agile methodology.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good command of the French language (B2 level - mandatory).
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with business, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Analyze insurance processes and map them to the Guidewire environment.
- Support project teams in functional decision-making.
- Prepare functional documentation and project materials.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment.
- Participate in the development and implementation of insurance products.
