Job Details

Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
Proficiency in German for communication with German-speaking teams and clients.
Very good command of English for technical documentation and international cooperation.
Strong skills in facilitating workshops and stakeholder management.
Experience in business process modeling and creating analytical documentation.
Knowledge of requirement gathering and analysis techniques.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Analytical skills for drawing practical conclusions from data.
Familiarity with testing practices and deployment strategies.
Experience working with Product Owners or Product Managers is a plus.
Knowledge of BPMN, UML, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
Experience in international projects is a plus.

Support the full product lifecycle within an interdisciplinary team.
Collaborate with the Product Owner on vision, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, including user stories, use cases, and process models.
Analyze and optimize business processes for value and implementation cost.
Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the delivery process.
Analyze business data to support data-driven decision making.
Define test scenarios and ensure solution quality.
Plan deployments and support user onboarding for new functionalities.
Manage third-line support cases and maintain existing application documentation.
